Everyone is different. This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I am here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want.

 

The ONE thing I hear most often, from people I currently don't train; would have to be I have no motivation/can't be bothered/don't have time.

all of which we know to be EXCUSES, there's times when we all feel like this but having some one there to support you and get you into a routine can make these excuses seem like a thing of the past.

This is for those who just want to have something pre planned every session.

The idea is we have an in depth consultation on goals preferences injuries and some testing and measuring etc allowing me to write a progressive program for 4-6 week, depending on the goals, which is followed up by repeating the tests specific to your goals to ensure we are moving in the right direction and how quickly we are getting there.

After the retest I will be able to redesign your program to add new variations and allow your muscles to be pushed in a different way to what they are becoming use to which will reduce the chance of reaching a plateau

For those who hate to train on their own bring a friend and we will work within your limits.

please note sessions are intended to improve health and fitness not just to socialise (we are here to work still)

Intensive

For those who want that extra attention to technique and to have someone there to get that extra rep out at the end of a hard session to ensure, we will reach your goals together looking at more frequent sessions and we will get there even quicker.

This includes much more contact time with frequent measuring so we can see exactly how your body is progressing.
