Got to say a massive thank you to Jim, who has managed to get me into shape- where every other trainer has failed! His easy going personality, but sense of professional belief in his work and what he can do for you, makes the gym a better place to be. He's given me advice on training, food and how to manage it all within a busy work schedule- making the words ' I can't do it' impossible to say!! Thanks for getting me this far,it can only get better from here;)

I've been training with Jim for six months now. Jim is the 4th personal trainer I have worked with and has by far been the best. I am the area manager for Dynamite Pink, a sales and promotions agency and our flagship service is shot girls that work in hotpants, and our girls want to look their best, so Jim runs Dynamite Pink Boot Camp 3 times a week for our staff and anyone else who wants to get fit. Jim keeps things interesting, always introducing new things whilst still focusing on the areas we want to work on.He also ignores diva tantrums which is always good! In terms of one to one, Jim always pushes me to the limit and I've certainly seen results! He also helped me with my diet and I feel so much better and I'm getting really ripped! I would recommend his services to anyone.


Training with Jim is fun, hardcore and worth your while!!! I originally had a goal to lose weight and tone up, which is what I achieved with 2/3 sessions a week, but realized that sometimes I do it just for the hell of it! Jim is not only a great personal trainer but a really good friend who is understanding and very motivational!!

Jims personal training is second to none. He manages to motivate me into exercises that normally I would stay clear of all with plenty of encouragement and a few little threats of squat jumps!
He not only works with me in a one to one environment at the gym but ensures I understand the excercises so that I can continue them at home.
His spin classes are an excellent mix of great music and great routines which make you sweat like never before but also make you so pleased you got off the sofa to get to the class!
